集團總計增加乃主要由於上蓋建築工程服務及RMAA工程服務分別增加約1.17億港元及5230萬港元所致。扭虧為盈乃主要由於與截至2022年3月31日止年度相比,上蓋建築工程服務及RMAA工程服務的新項目數量增加以致收入增加,以及有效的成本控制所致。
