波音主要供應商工人罷工 堪薩斯州工廠停工
波音(BA.US)供應商Spirit AeroSystems(SPR.US)位於美國堪薩斯州威奇託(Wichita)一間工廠周四(22日)停工,早前該廠工人投票反對新的勞工協議,並支持罷工。
Spirit AeroSystems為波音旗下737 Max製造機身,為空中巴士A220製造吊架。
Spirit AeroSystems表示,鑑於今日員工決定罷工,Spirit 將在工人合同到期前暫停工廠生產,停產由周四第一班開始,大約6,000名工人員工合同仍有兩天期滿。工會表示,罷工將於周六(24日)午夜過後開始。
工會於聲明中表示,在動盪時期,包括疫情期間,敬業和勤奮工會會員一直工作,但公司最新的勞工協議是不可接受的,決定罷工,希望公司重返談判桌。
