《內地樓市》據報保利22億人幣奪廣州天河員村商住地 樓面價歷來次高
《觀點》報道,保利成功搖得廣州天河區員村一橫路AT080523地塊,地塊成交價21.86億元人民幣(下同),成交樓面價每平方米5.73萬元。
該地塊位於珠江新城東部、金融城西區,為二類居住用地兼容商業用地,面積14,052.45平方米,計容面積最多38,154.44平方米。該宗地掛牌起始價約19億元,起拍樓面價約每平方米4.98萬元(未扣除配建),需配建幼兒園,負責建設市政道路用地、綠地用地。
據悉,該地塊的成交樓面價成功躋身為全市第二貴住宅地,僅次於越秀南地塊。該地塊本次參與搖號包括保利、華潤及金融街等35家房企,經過30輪出價後,提前觸頂進入搖號環節,封頂總價約21.86億元。經過搖號最終確認地塊花落佛山市南海雅置投資(保利發展)。
