美國最大報業集團Gannett(GCI.US)控告谷歌壟斷網上廣告市場
美國最大報業集團兼報紙《USA Today》出版商Gannett(GCI.US)控告谷歌通過獨佔廣告技術來壟斷網上廣告市場。
Gannett在曼哈頓聯邦法院提出的訴訟中表示,谷歌對網上廣告買賣工具的控制,導致出版商需要以更便宜的價格向谷歌出售版面,從而令谷歌獲得過高的壟斷利潤,而出版商及其廣告技術競爭對手的收入則大幅減少。
谷歌廣告業務副總裁Dan Taylor稱,這些說法完全是錯誤,強調出版商在廣告技術方面有很多選擇,並且在使用谷歌時仍能保留絕大部分收入。
