聯邦快遞(Fedex)(FDX.US)周二(20日)公布,截至5月31日止第四季度調整後每股利潤為4.94美元,按年下跌28%,較市場預期差。
期內收入跌10.2%至219億美元,純利15.4億美元,按年升176%;調整後純利為12.5億美元,按年跌30.6%。聯邦快遞18架飛機和34台相關發動機永久退役,季績內包括7,000萬美元非現金減值費用,或每股攤薄收益21美仙。
聯邦快遞預期,全年銷售額將持平至增長低個位數百分比,每股收益介乎16.5美元至18.5美元。成本削減計劃目標將削減18億美元。公司預期,全年每股收益為18.33美元,銷售額為909.1億美元。
同時,聯邦快遞首席財務官Michael Lenz將於7月31日退休,管理層稱已向外部尋找填補職位人選。Lenz於2020年3月成為首席財務官,將在12月31日之前擔任高級顧問。
