人匯再創逾半年低 內房股捱沽 龍湖、碧桂園、合景、新城發展及時代中國續跌5%-8%

人行公布6月一年期LPR下調10點子至3.55%符預期，五年期LPR下調10點子至4.2%，不及市場預期下調15點子。此外，人民幣兌美元中間價今天下調395點子，報7.1596，再創逾半年低。
恆指跌幅擴至304點或1.5%報19,607，總成交額294億元。
內房板塊今天全線捱沽兼跑輸大市，合景泰富(01813.HK)失守10天線，最低見0.9元，現報0.91元，續吐8.1%；時代中國(01233.HK)失守10天線，股價報0.67元，續吐8.2%；新城發展(01030.HK)續吐5.4%報1.57元。
藍籌內房以龍湖(00960.HK)及碧桂園(02007.HK)跌幅最大，前者失守50天線(20.05元)，最低見19.24元，現報19.42元(略失10天線19.43)；後者失守10天線，最低見1.65元，現報1.68元，續吐5.1%。潤地(01109.HK)回吐3%報33.3元，考驗10天線(33.4元)；中海外(00688.HK)三連跌兼失守10天線(17.7元)，最低見17.22元，現報17.24元，續跌2.8%。
越秀地產(00123.HK)、美的置業(03990.HK)、萬科(02202.HK)、金茂(00817.HK)、融創中國(01918.HK)、綠城中國(03900.HK)、寶龍(01238.HK)、龍光(03380.HK)、富力(02777.HK)、中駿(01966.HK)及雅居樂(03383.HK)跌逾2%-5%，後者沽壓最大報1.33元。
物管股也難獨善其身，保利物業(06049.HK)、中海物業(02669.HK)、世茂服務(00873.HK)、融創服務(01516.HK)、綠城服務(02869.HK)、新城悅服務(01755.HK)、合景悠活(03913.HK)、雅生活(03319.HK)及藍籌碧服(06098.HK)跌逾3%-4%，後者曾低見10.04元。
大和指，內地樓市5月及首五個月銷售數據持續轉弱，平均售價放緩，全國建築及房地產投資下降，另外5月份房企融資額亦進一步減少收縮。
