VICON HOLDINGS(03878.HK)發盈喜,預料截至今年3月底止年度將扭虧為盈,錄得除稅後溢利不少於約140萬元,對比2022年同期錄淨虧損約2,460萬元,轉虧為盈主要由於期內所開展的部分新項目合約金額較高,帶動收益增加,以及直接員工成本與機器及設備的未分配折舊減少,令期內行政開支有所減少。
集團預計於全年度的毛利率按年跌逾18個百分點,乃由於香港地基行業的競爭激烈,導致集團項目於全年度的利潤下降。
