新地(00016.HK)旗下廣州南站住宅項目廣州南站「ICC-峻鑾」,目前展開銷售工作,預計2025年首季起交樓。 新地南中國區總經理黎祥掀表示,將投資35億元人民幣,完善整個廣州南站周邊交通配套,把所有交通方法整合在同一個區域之中,令公共交通無縫銜接。 新地表示,項目將打造成類似港鐵九龍站上蓋的廣州南站ICC,集頂級商場、甲級寫字樓、五星級酒店、服務式公寓、高端住宅等於一身的大型綜合項目,總權益面積達86萬平方米,預計於2025年起分階段落成。 同時,新地亦會在廣州南站附近,興建大灣區第二座ICC,希望成為大灣區新地標,寫字樓部份將於2026年起分階段推出。 公共交通導向模式(TOD)項目除了廣州南站ICC外,新地亦在距離車站約400米外,推出住宅項目峻鑾,提供1,300伙,首批推出單位建築面積介乎732平方呎至1,335平方呎,為兩房至四房單位,預計2025年首季交樓,項目位於廣州南站的營銷中心及示範單位現已開放參觀。
