博邁科(603727.SH):簽署1.52億美元海上浮式生產儲油船上部模塊建造合同
格隆匯6月15日丨博邁科(603727.SH)公佈,公司與MODEC子公司OFS簽署了海上浮式生產儲油船(FPSO)上部模塊的建造合同,此艘FPSO建造完成後將部署在圭亞那近海Stabroek區塊,供埃克森美孚在圭亞那使用。主要工作範圍涵蓋FPSO上部模塊的詳細設計、加工設計、材料採購和建造等,合同金額為1.52億美元,由固定價格部分加當前預估的可變工作量核算金額部分組成。最終的合同金額以合同結束時雙方確認的實際完成的工作量核算後得出的金額為準。
