美蘭空港(00357.HK):第一階段仲裁認定公司存在違約行爲
美蘭空港(00357.HK)公佈,2021年初公司被Aero Infrastructure Holding就新股認購協議一事提出仲裁,近日公司收到該案第一階段仲裁裁決,仲裁庭多數意見認定公司未盡最大努力促成認購協議交易,因此認定存在違約行爲。
該仲裁案將於今年下半年進入第二階段的審理,確定違約行爲與申請人主張的損害結果之間是否存在因果關係,以及如存在因果關係的前提下應賠償對方之金額。
美蘭空港指,將通過仲裁律師在仲裁程式中提出有力抗辯,最大限度維護公司合法權益。(gc/u)
