市場憧憬美聯儲本周議息將維持利率不變，港股早市在科技股帶動下反覆造好，恆指低開48點，早段曾跌130點見19,273點，中午前倒升，半日升78點或0.4%，報19,482點；國指升26點或0.4%，報6,612點；恆生科技指數升82點或2.1%，報4,027點。大市半日成交總額468.91億元，滬、深港通南下交易半日淨流入5.1億及10.67億元人民幣。
上海將召開人工智能框架生態峰會，人工智能概念股現炒作。百度(09888.HK)升4.2%報137.2元，商湯(00020.HK)升6%。軟件及雲服務股受捧，金軟(03888.HK)及金山雲(03896.HK)升5.9%及6%，金蝶(00268.HK)及中軟(00354.HK)升4.7%及4.5%，萬國數據(09698.HK)升8.7%。
其他科技股方面，阿里(09988.HK)升2.3%報85.9元，騰訊(00700.HK)升1.8%報344.6元，美團(03690.HK)升1.2%報129.1元，小米(01810.HK)、京東(09618.HK)、網易(09999.HK)及嗶哩嗶哩(09626.HK)升2%至3%，快手(01024.HK)逆跌0.7%。
晶片相關股ASMPT(00522.HK)及中芯(00981.HK)升5.7%及4.9%，手機部件股比亞迪電子(00285.HK)、高偉電子(01415.HK)及瑞聲(02018.HK)升4.6%至6.4%，舜宇(02382.HK)升2.5%。
深圳福田對個人消費者購買新車最高補貼1.5萬元人幣，電動車股蔚來(09866.HK)及小鵬(09868.HK)各升5.3%及2.6%，比亞迪(01211.HK)升0.9%報256.6元。
金融股方面，匯控(00005.HK)跌0.3%報59.85元，港交所(00388.HK)跌0.1%報310元，友邦(01299.HK)升0.2%報81.75元，內銀股建行(00939.HK)及工行(01398.HK)跌1%及1.4%，內險股中國平安(02318.HK)跌1%。布蘭特期油跌近4%，油股中石油(00857.HK)及中海油(00883.HK)跌2.8%及2.9%，中石化(00386.HK)跌2.1%，油服股中海油服(02883.HK)跌2.3%。
其他股份方面，合景泰富(01813.HK)及雅居樂(03383.HK)各升4%及2.9%，地產軟件商明源雲(00909.HK)炒高11.7%。閱文(00772.HK)炒高10.9%。電影股阿里影業(01060.HK)及貓眼娛樂(01896.HK)亦升3.7%及2.7%。
