《大行報告》大摩升ASMPT(00522.HK)評級至「增持」 上調目標價至88元
摩根士丹利發表研究報告指,通用計算圖形處理器(GPGPUs)的需求將持續提升,但同時人工智能(AI)特殊應用積體電路(ASIC)或訂製芯片由於成本較低,而且已達到一定規模,其增長可能會超越GPGPUs。
大摩將將台積電(TSM.US)、世芯電子、Alchip、創意電子、晶心科技及ASM太平洋(00522.HK)視作亞洲區內主要的行業推動者。當中將ASM太平洋目標價從66元升至88元,評級由「與大市同步」升至「增持」,以反映公司的CoWoS產能擴張及市場需求提升。
該行指出,受惠於生成式人工智能,全球半導體行業增長將重新加快,市場發展亦正在從移動計算時代,轉向人工智能計算時代,預測AI計算半導體市場總規模將由今年的約430億美元增長至2027年的1,250億美元。
