浙商銀行(02016.HK)擬AH同步供股 股價齊吐逾4%
浙商銀行(02016.HK)(601916.SH)建議AH股同步供股,A股扭兩連升,報2.76元人民幣,跌4.2%,成交1.29億股;H股扭三連升,今早重失10天線(2.6元),最低見2.5元,現報2.52元,回吐4.2%,成交增至68.8萬股。
浙商銀行公布,建議AH股同步配股,基準均為每10股獲發3股,A股及H股認購價分別為2.02元人民幣(較上周五收市價折讓29.86%)及2.23元(較上周五收市價折讓15.2%),集資最多128.89億人民幣,所得淨額將全部用於補充核心一級資本,提高資本充足率。
