天原股份(002386.SZ)：與格林美簽署建設宜賓新能源循環經濟零碳示範產業園項目投資框架協議
格隆匯6月9日丨天原股份(002386.SZ)公佈，為持續推進公司“一體兩翼”發展戰略，不斷完善公司新能源電池材料產業，涉足動力電池循環產業，助推宜賓市動力電池全產業鏈綠色循環。宜賓天原集團股份有限公司與格林美股份有限公司(簡稱：格林美)控股子公司武漢動力電池再生技術有限公司(簡稱：動力再生)、四川省宜賓市高縣人民政府(簡稱：高縣人民政府)於2023年6月9日共同簽署了《宜賓新能源循環經濟零碳示範產業園項目投資框架協議》，協議各方秉着平等自願、互惠互利、誠實守信的原則，就宜賓新能源循環經濟零碳示範產業園項目(簡稱：本項目)相關事宜，經友好協商，達成一致意見。
本項目預計投資17.1億元，擬於宜賓循環經濟產業園內建設10萬噸退役動力電池與電池廢料再製造生產線、5萬噸磷酸鐵鋰材料再製造生產線、3GWh再製造儲能電池包生產線等三個子項目。本次《投資框架協議》的簽訂，有利於綜合各方優勢和資源，在退役動力電池梯次利用、廢舊電池資源化處理等循環經濟領域展開深度合作，共同推動中國新能源汽車產業的健康、綠色、可持續發展。
預計項目投資17.1億元，建設10萬噸退役動力電池與電池廢料再製造生產線、5萬噸磷酸鐵鋰材料再製造生產線、3GWh再製造儲能電池包生產線等三個子項目，具體投資額以滿足前述三個子項目建設及投產運營為原則(下同)，且以乙方履行完相應金額的內部審批程序為準。項目分兩期建設，項目一期預計投資8億元，建設5萬噸退役動力電池與電池廢料回收生產線、2萬噸磷酸鐵鋰材料再製造生產線、1GWh再製造儲能電池包生產線；項目二期預計投資9.1億元，建設5萬噸退役動力電池與電池廢料再製造生產線、3萬噸磷酸鐵鋰材料再製造生產線、2GWh再製造儲能電池包生產線。
項目完全建成後，在相關政策或相關市場不發生明顯不利變化的情況下，預計年產值85億元，年創税收2億元，解決就業1600人。
