《大行報告》美銀證券:周大福(01929.HK)核心經營利潤遜預期 目標價下調至12.6元
美銀證券發表報告指,周大福(01929.HK)2023財年核心經營利潤94億元,按年跌6%,較該行預期低出3%;年度收入降4.3%至947億元,低於該行預期7%,經調整毛利率爲23.7%,則勝該行預期。
該行下調集團2024財年的核心利潤預測3%至84億元,以反映業績弱於預期及最新的管理層指引,又將目標價由13元降3%至12.6元,重申「跑輸大市」評級。該行認爲,由於近期宏觀數據疲弱以及管理層出現變動,令集團同店銷售的復甦前景變得不確定。
