澳門財政司:6家博企未正式就外國客博彩區申減撥款
《澳門日報》報道,澳門經濟財政司司長李偉農表示,現時6家博彩承批公司於12間娛樂場內為外國客源設立特定博彩區域,但6家博企未正式申請有關豁免特別撥款,故未有條件公布。
他指出,當博企提出申請後,當局審批再核算,包括要證明是外國旅客進入娛樂場投注紀錄。另強調有關款項是政府收入,必須謹慎,若無法證明是不會作出豁免。他又稱,政府將持續鼓勵承批公司提供優質的服務,增強行業的國際競爭力,吸引多元且優質的旅客到澳門博彩及消遣。
澳門《娛樂場幸運博彩經營法律制度》在撥款方面引入減免機制,當中規定為公共利益,尤其由於拓展海外市場,行政長官在聽取博彩委員會意見後,可全部或部分減免相關撥款,即最高可為有關外國客源所產生的博彩收入5%。
