格隆匯6月7日丨涪陵榨菜(002507.SZ)公佈,公司2022年年度權益分配方案以固定總額的方式分配:以公司現有總股本887,630,022股為基數,向全體股東每10股派3.80元人民幣現金(含税),共計派現金337,299,408.36元(含税),本年度不送紅股,同時以資本公積向全體股東每10股轉增3股,合計轉增266,289,006股。本次權益分派股權登記日為2023年6月15日,除權除息日為2023年6月16日。
