持有公司股份224,140,264股(佔公司總股本的16.177%)的股東李小龍計劃在公吿之日起十五個交易日後的6個月內以集中競價方式減持公司股份不超過1000萬股(佔公司總股本的0.722%)；
持有公司股份6,033,838股(佔公司總股本的0.436%)的董事長、總裁李玉傑計劃在公吿之日起十五個交易日後的6個月內以集中競價方式減持公司股份不超過1,500,000股(佔公司總股本的0.108%)；
持有公司股份5,220,551股(佔公司總股本的0.377%)的董事、副總裁忻衞敏計劃在公吿之日起十五個交易日後的6個月內以集中競價方式減持公司股份不超過500,000股(佔公司總股本的0.036%)；
持有公司股份2,600,070股(佔公司總股本的0.188%)的董事、副總裁楊平勇計劃在公吿之日起十五個交易日後的6個月內以集中競價方式減持公司股份不超過650,000股(佔公司總股本的0.047%)。
持有公司股份1,820,000股(佔公司總股本的0.131%)的董事李光千計劃在公吿之日起十五個交易日後的6個月內以集中競價方式減持公司股份不超過455,000股(佔公司總股本的0.033%)；
持有公司股份305,006股(佔公司總股本的0.022%)的董事谷莉計劃在公吿之日起十五個交易日後的6個月內以集中競價方式減持公司股份不超過25,000股(佔公司總股本的0.002%)；
持有公司股份1,681,203股(佔公司總股本的0.121%)的董事會祕書李波計劃在公吿之日起十五個交易日後的6個月內以集中競價方式減持公司股份不超過420,000股(佔公司總股本的0.030%)。
