內房物管股全線舞高 龍湖、融創中國及合景泰富漲近10%-19%

人民幣兌美元中間價今天下調171點，報7.1075再創逾半年低。然而，市場憧憬內地將出台政策支持房地產市場。
內房股全線急升，5月預售額年降42%至23.8億人民幣的合景泰富(01813.HK)升破20天線，最高見0.85元，現報0.83元，彈近19%。融創中國(01918.HK)升破20天線(1.4元)，最高見1.51元，現報1.49元，升12%。龍光(03380.HK)升破20天及50天線(0.89元)，最高見0.9元，現報0.88元，漲13%。寶龍(01238.HK)及時代中國(01233.HK)漲9.7%-12%，曾分別報1.03元及0.67元，股價分別重越20天線(1.01元)及50天線(0.65元)。中駿(01966.HK)重越20天線，高見0.56元，現報0.54元，升8%。遠洋(03377.HK)漲14%報0.57元，股價重越20天線(0.56元)。
已兩連漲的藍籌龍湖(00960.HK)曾再抽升13.5%高見19.32元，現報18.7元，急漲9.8%；潤地(01109.HK)及中海外(00688.HK)漲5.5%-6.5%，曾分別高見33.8元及18.2元。碧桂園(02007.HK)曾抽升11%至1.62元，現報1.59元，回升9%。
富力(02777.HK)、綠城(03900.HK)、美的置業(03990.HK)、正商實業(00185.HK)、新城發展(01030.HK)、金茂(00817.HK)及雅居樂(03383.HK)漲約5%-8.5%。
萬科(02202.HK)擬贖回全部將到期8億人民幣公司債，股價三連升兼重越20天線(11.04元)，最高見11.28元，現報11.1元，續升2.6%。
此外，物管股也全線抽升，藍籌碧服(06098.HK)重越20天線(9.7元)，最多飆12%至10.2元，現報9.93元，回升8.8%。合景悠活(03913.HK)漲近12%曾高見0.99元。融創服務(01516.HK)及新城悅服務(01755.HK)漲近9%-11%，報2.36元及4.55元。綠城服務(02869.HK)漲9%報4.46元。
雅生活(03319.HK)及中海物業(02669.HK)漲逾半成，曾分別高見5.5元及8.43元。華潤萬象(01209.HK)、保利物業(06049.HK)、金科服務(09666.HK)及世茂服務(00873.HK)升約4%-5.5%，曾分別高見39.85元、41.6元、11.54元及1.7元。
港股三連彈，恆指今早反覆高見19,377，現報19,355，續升247點或1.3%，總成交額421億元。
