《半日總結》恆指升98點 內房股飆高 龍湖漲逾9%

美國5月ISM非製造業指數遜預期，道指隔晚(5日)回吐199點或0.6%。港股早市在內房股帶動下造好，恆指高開8點，其後曾升268點見19,377點，半日升98點或0.5%，報19,206點；國指升57點或0.9%，報6,521點；恆生科技指數升24點或0.6%，報3,865點。大市半日成交總額553.46億元，滬、深港通南下交易半日淨流入1.49億及淨流出15.09億元人民幣。
多間內房公布上月合同銷售按年下跌，惟內房股早市顯著抽高。合景泰富(01813.HK)升17.1%，遠洋集團(03377.HK)及龍湖(00960.HK)升10%及9.4%，碧桂園(02007.HK)、金茂(00817.HK)及雅居樂(03383.HK)升5.5%至6.2%，中海外(00688.HK)及潤地(01109.HK)亦各升逾4%。物管股碧服(06098.HK)升7.1%。
內需及消費股造好，大和唱好啤酒股，青啤(00168.HK)、潤啤(00291.HK)及百威亞太(01876.HK)升2.5%至3.1%。JS環球生活(01691.HK)擬斥最多4億元回購，股價升3.2%。電影票平台貓眼娛樂(01896.HK)及乳品股中國飛鶴(06186.HK)亦升逾3%。
乘聯會料5月新能源乘用車廠商批發銷量按月增11%，電動車股零跑(09863.HK)升6.3%，理想-W(02015.HK)及小鵬-W(09868.HK)升4.6%及3.5%，比亞迪(01211.HK)升1.9%。長汽(02333.HK)5月份產量增20%，銷量升26.2%，股價升4.2%。吉利(00175.HK)5月總銷量按年升約35%，股價升0.9%。
蘋果(AAPL.US)發布首部AR設備，股價破頂後倒跌。手機相關股受壓，舜宇(02382.HK)及瑞聲(02018.HK)跌1.2%及2.2%，高偉電子(01415.HK)挫16.1%。大摩報告指網易-S(09999.HK)6月發布4款遊戲，料第三季收入創新高，網易-S半日升3.1%。其他科技股方面，阿里-SW(09988.HK)升0.3%報83元，騰訊(00700.HK)跌1.1%報334.6元，美團-W(03690.HK)及京東-SW(09618.HK)升1.2%及2.5%。小米-W(01810.HK)跌0.4%。
金融股方面，匯控(00005.HK)跌0.7%報58.75元，港交所(00388.HK)及友邦(01299.HK)升0.9%及0.8%。據報渣打(02888.HK)洽售航空金融業務涉最少35億歐元，渣打隨同業跌0.2%報64.5元。
金價反彈至1,960美元水平，紫金(02899.HK)反彈1.9%報11.52元。招金(01818.HK)及中國黃金國際(02099.HK)升4.6%及3%。油價在沙地宣布減產下升幅蒸發，但油股中石化(00386.HK)及中石油(00857.HK)仍升2.2%及3.2%，中海油(00883.HK)亦升1.5%。
創科(00669.HK)遭沽空機構指控欺詐家得寶(HD.US)，股價半日跌2.4%報72.2元。
