中國飛機租賃(1848.HK)旗下中飛租(天津)成功發行2023年首單低碳轉型公司債，錄得近3倍申購倍數
中國香港及天津 — 2023年6月2日，環球航空全產業鏈解決方案供應商 — 中國飛機租賃集團控股有限公司("中飛租賃"或"本集團"，香港聯交所股票代號: 01848)欣然宣佈，旗下中飛租融資租賃有限公司("中飛租(天津)")已成功發行2023年首期低碳轉型公司債券，期限3年，規模15億元人民幣並錄得2.83倍申購倍數，票面利率更創下中飛租(天津)同期限債券發行新低，為3.85%。這充分彰顯公司作為中國航空金融市場頭部企業的募資能力，和作為優質發行人於市場獲得的廣泛認可。
此次發行主體中飛租(天津)及債項"23中飛01"均獲得權威信用評級機構大公國際資信評估有限公司("大公國際")給予的AAA評級，評級展望皆為穩定，這肯定了中飛租(天津)在資產質量、業務模式、專業經營能力及發展前景等方面的綜合實力。該期債券是中飛租(天津)於上海證券交易所發行的首單低碳轉型公司債，認購規模和參與投資者數量均創其同期限債券新高。
本期債券募集的資金擬投放於採購具有高燃料效率的新型飛機和老舊飛機更新換代的低碳轉型領域，符合中飛租(天津)及本集團提出的募投領域的總體規劃，特別是推動航空業在環境、經濟與社會效益上平衡發展的目標，為中飛租(天津)的低碳轉型打下更堅實基礎，有助於進一步助推民航業可持續發展。
