積極“擁抱”萬億信創市場 玄武雲(2392.HK)致力打造CRM應用標杆
隨着數字經濟時代的到來,以國產化替代為代表的信創產業正實現快速發展。據艾媒諮詢日前發佈的《2023年中國信創行業發展白皮書》顯示,得益於中國數字經濟的迅猛發展,2023年中國信創產業規模將達到2.09萬億,2027年有望達到3.70萬億。
產業規模向萬億擴容的背後,可以看到國產化軟硬件產品和解決方案應用正在各行各業持續加深滲透。在艾媒諮詢發佈的上述白皮書中,就列舉了辦公、財務、客户管理等諸多細分行業應用軟件信創化,這其中,玄武雲(2392.HK)被選為信創應用--客户管理軟件(CRM)的典型案例。
據瞭解,玄武雲是國內最大的智慧CRM服務提供商,其產品及服務的信創化應用主要聚焦於公司深耕的金融、政企行業。而作為國家"2+8+N"信創三步走戰略的重點行業,金融和政企的信創化升級不僅要在IT架構上進行全面國產化替代,其在與海量用户信息交互場景,佈局客户管理軟件時也要遵循安全、可控、自主、降本增效等硬性標準。顯然,這對國內CRM廠商的產品的數智化與信創化能力提出了較高要求。
對此,玄武雲一方面通過不斷加大研發投入,實現產品的領先性;另一方面,公司也積極與信創各領域生態合作伙伴產品持續兼容、深度適配,從而來滿足金融、政企客户對CRM數智化和信創化升級的需求。截至目前,玄武雲的多項產品及服務已通過公安部三級認證以及華為雲鯤鵬技術認證、統信服務器操作系統V20認證及銀河麒麟高級服務器操作系統V10認證等國內技術適配認證。
以玄武雲自主研發的營銷雲“拳頭”產品ICC(融合通信中台)為例,其已完成了在操作系統、數據庫、中間件、雲服務等方面與國內華為雲等主流廠商的全面適配,並落地了諸多金融客户的信創化升級。
據瞭解,玄武雲在金融、政企信創重點行業的多個細分領域百強企業市佔率已超過了20%,這意味着,隨着金融、政企行業信創化的深入,玄武雲將在市場競爭中具備先發性。
另外,玄武雲對未來開拓信創市場也保持積極態度。在2022年年報中,玄武雲指出,公司將積極響應國家政策及市場需求,逐步夯實信創適配與認證的CRM產品質量。依託過硬的AI、DI、雲計算、互聯網、通信能力及物聯網等技術,幫助客户實現全生命週期的降本增效。
