中國紅包(08316.HK)：海南紅包擬發展一站式電子商務平台
格隆匯6月1日丨中國紅包(08316.HK)宣佈，公司的一間間接全資附屬公司海南紅包聯動科技有限公司("海南紅包")擬發展一站式電子商務平台("該平台")以提供滿足大眾日常所需的廣泛服務("新業務")。發展該平台乃為集團進軍新市場的舉措，以促進其現有供應鏈業務。
海南紅包擬將該平台發展為一站式電子商務平台，各行業的商户在該平台上提供多元服務組合，有關行業包括但不限於運輸、家政服務、休閒娛樂、文化媒體、物業租賃、美容養生、網絡行業、顧問代理、裝修工程、教育培訓、電器以及傢俱維修保養。該平台一方面將令商户設有線上業務，並與終端客户進行實時溝通。另一方面，該平台將成為終端客户接觸大眾市場商户的綜合性市場，按需為各行各業提供民生服務。
海南紅包將負責發展、升級及維護該平台的軟件及技術，並監察該平台的日常營運。於有需要及適當時，其可與經銷商合作，提供經營該平台並向各行各業的服務供應商及該平台的終端客户推廣該平台及相互連接權利，並收取經銷費用。為擴大該平台的服務組合及提高經營效率，海南紅包及經銷商可與各行業及不同地區的代理商進行合作，其中代理商將主要負責招聘及管理商户。於成功匹配商户與終端客户之間的服務組合後，商户須支付協定的訂單接受費。海南紅包、經銷商(如適用)及代理商各自將有權收取該訂單接受費的若干百分比作為收益。
公吿稱，海南紅包乃於2022年7月6日在中國海南省成立，且海南紅包擬發展為整合類供應鏈管理公司，聚焦於與居民生活品質提升相關的民生領域。超越傳統的供應鏈管理模式，集團旨在有效整合並賦能產業鏈環節不同主體，力爭實現多管道供應商輸入，如經銷商、代理商、商户等，提供涵蓋大眾日常所需的各種服務。自海南紅包於2022年開展其供應鏈管理服務以來，其已累積專業知識及渠道網絡，並正擴大其提供的服務。與此同時，中國電子商務市場於近年來不斷快速增長。經考慮中國電子商務市場的增長潛力，董事會認為集團於電子商務市場發展新業務將令集團把握中國電子商務市場不斷擴張帶來的機遇，多元化其現有業務組合及擴大其收益來源。
