格隆匯6月1日丨潤邦股份(002483.SZ)公佈,公司於近日收到王春山及其一致行動人王一方出具的《簡式權益變動報吿書》,因公司回購註銷王春山業績承諾補償股份合計55,820,322股及王春山通過大宗交易方式減持公司股份4,088,000股,導致王春山及其一致行動人王一方合計所持有上市公司的股份比例6.3588%由下降至0.0012%。本次權益變動後,公司持股5%以上股東王春山及其一致行動人王一方所持有的公司股份比例下降至5%以下。
