《全日總結》恆指跌17點 美團京東造好 恆地挫逾5%

中國5月財新製造業PMI升至50.9超出市場預期，美國眾議院通過上調債務上限，港股今日好淡爭持。恆指低開44點後掉頭向上，曾升231點一度高見18,465點，尾市升幅蒸發，全日跌17點或0.1%，收18,216點；國指跌13點或0.2%，收6,149點；恆生科技指數升4點或0.1%，收3,630點。大市全日成交總額1,285.14億元，滬、深港通南下交易淨流出2.44億及14.29億元人民幣。
科技股方面，嗶哩嗶哩(09626.HK)將公布季績，股價跌2.7%報124.1元。大摩引述美團(03690.HK)料今年收入按年增長三成，美團升2.4%。大摩引述京東(09618.HK)料今年電商競爭不會如市場預期激烈，京東升3.3%。阿里(09988.HK)跌0.6%報77.3元，騰訊(00700.HK)升1.5%報315.4元。百度(09888.HK)升1.8%。
此外，金山雲(03896.HK)炒高16.8%，美圖(01357.HK)及東方甄選(01797.HK)升8.3%及10%，微盟(02013.HK)及金軟(03888.HK)升5.5%及4.9%，平安好醫生(01833.HK)升5.1%。手機部件股瑞聲(02018.HK)跌5.5%，舜宇(02382.HK)跌2.9%。
券商引述燃氣股新奧能源(02688.HK)稱已開始向住宅用戶轉嫁成本，新奧能源升4.9%，為升幅最大藍籌。同業中燃氣(00384.HK)及潤燃(01193.HK)升4.6%及2.9%。
金融股方面，匯控(00005.HK)跌0.6%報57.35元，港交所(00388.HK)升1.5%報291元，友邦(01299.HK)升0.1%，建行(00939.HK)跌0.8%。中指研究院指5月內地百城新房價格止漲轉跌，內房股越秀地產(00123.HK)跌6%。龍湖(00960.HK)及碧桂園(02007.HK)跌3.7%及2.8%。
本地地產股恆地(00012.HK)股價跌5.4%，為跌幅最大藍籌，該股遭大摩下調評級至「減持」，新世界(00017.HK)及信置(00083.HK)跌2.5%及4.7%。領展(00823.HK)反彈0.7%報45.8元，長實集團(01113.HK)升3.7%。
多隻消費及內需股受壓，中國旺旺(00151.HK)及蒙牛(02319.HK)跌6.5%及3.1%。航空股南航(01055.HK)同步發行A、H股籌逾220億元，H股股價跌6.2%報4.23元。國航(00753.HK)跌8.7%。
大摩引述藥明生物(02269.HK)管理層重申2023年至2025年收入及純利複合增長率指引各為30%及26至27%，藥明生物全日股價升4.2%。
