國家金融監管總局:將在滬開設再保險「國際板」
《中國證券報》報道,國家金融監督管理總局辦公廳副主任張忠寧5月31日表示,國家金融監督管理總局近期將和上海市聯合出台推進上海國際再保險中心建設相關實施細則,正式在上海開設面向全球的國際再保險交易市場(簡稱再保險「國際板」),對再保險中心建設路徑和配套支持進行固化明確。
報道引述中再集團相關負責人表示,啟動再保險「國際板」的意義重大。一是推進高水平對外開放,深度參與全球產業分工與合作,有利於保險主體對標國際成熟市場,逐步擴大跨境再保險市場規模。二是發揮我國制度優勢和後發優勢,有利於我國再保險市場深度參與全球風險治理,塑造合作新空間。三是在新發展格局下,堅持「走出去、拿進來」,統籌聯動境內境外兩個市場,提升中國再保險業的國際競爭力和全球影響力。
