新娛科控股(06933.HK)：收購及出售加密貨幣
格隆匯5月31日丨新娛科控股(06933.HK)宣佈，於有關期間，憑藉我們在金融市場、風險管理及資產管理方面的專業知識，集團透過在若干DEX的流動性池存入加密貨幣以參與流動性挖礦。為換取流動資金，公司向DEX交易者收取流動性費用，以及代幣形式的回報。
為存入DEX流動性池，集團於有關期間以總代價約288.2萬美元收購DAI/ADAI；集團亦於有關期間分別以總代價約2556萬美元及1521.3萬美元收購加密貨幣BUSD及USDC/AUSDC。由於該等收購在公開市場上進行，該等代價即進行相關收購時加密貨幣的市場價格，亦為所收購加密貨幣的賬面值。
據悉，BUSD (Binance USD)/DAI (Dai Stablecoin)/ADAI (Aave DAI)及USDC (USD Coin)/AUSDC (Aave USDC)屬加密貨幣，為使用加密技術來規範貨幣單位生成並使用區塊鏈技術驗證資金轉移的數字貨幣。區塊鏈是按時間順序的加密貨幣交易的公共記錄。區塊鏈在該區塊鏈中的所有用户之間共享。其用於驗證交易的永久性並防止重複支出。加密貨幣使交易雙方之間更容易轉移資金，並且出於安全目的，通過使用公鑰及私鑰來協助轉移。BUSD、DAI、ADAI、USDC及AUSDC為價值與美元掛鈎的穩定幣，因此與其他非穩定幣加密貨幣相比，波動性相對較小。
進一步宣佈，於有關期間及收購加密貨幣後，集團重估了加密貨幣市場，並在有關市場異常波動時作出出售決定，以減少加密貨幣的風險。於有關期間，就DAI/ADAI收取的總代價約為288.2萬美元及以區塊鏈技術提供數字化服務的DAI/ADAI的盈利約為7,000美元；而於有關期間，分別就加密貨幣BUSD及USDC/AUSDC收取的總代價約為 2556萬美 元及1521.3萬美元，以及以區塊鏈技術提供數字化服務的BUSD及USDC/AUSDC的盈利分別約為21.8萬美 元及19,000美元。由於該等出售在公開市場上進行，該等代價即進行相關出售時加密貨幣的市場價格。
