《大行報告》大摩:領展(00823.HK)2023財年每基金單位分派輕微遜預期
摩根士丹利發表報告指,領展(00823.HK)中午公布2023財年業績,全年度每基金單位分派下跌10%至2.74元(股息回報約5.9厘),較該行及市場原預期低3%,輕微遜預期;扣除供股的攤薄影響,分派收入按年增長1%至63億元。
該行指,領展於2023財年旗下香港零售租金回調率錄得7.1%增長,租戶入住成本達12.5%,租戶零售銷售錄得6.2%增長,即意味著今年1月份至3月份按年升16%。該行予領展目標價為62元,維持其評級為「增持」。(ca/w)
