容百科技(688005.SH)：與億緯鋰能簽訂戰略合作協議，將在電池和材料領域展開戰略合作
格隆匯5月29日丨容百科技(688005.SH)公佈，公司與惠州億緯鋰能股份有限公司(“億緯鋰能”)於近日簽訂了《戰略合作協議》並達成戰略伙伴關係。雙方將在電池和材料領域展開戰略合作，包括在高鎳三元、磷酸錳鐵鋰正極材料等領域進行產品開發、技術開發、市場和供應鏈開發等全方位合作，以及在面向未來的更新一代電池和材料方面的新產品開發和技術創新合作。
合作內容如下：1.億緯鋰能和容百科技將在電池和材料領域展開戰略合作，包括在高鎳三元、磷酸錳鐵鋰正極材料等領域進行產品開發、技術開發、市場和供應鏈開發等全方位合作，以及在面向未來的更新一代電池和材料方面的新產品開發和技術創新合作，共同推動產業發展。
2.雙方建立高層互訪機制，就未來戰略發展目標和戰略規劃進行探討與分享，全方位制定匹配甲乙雙方發展的開發計劃和生產經營計劃。甲方將發揮自身具有的優質客户資源優勢，幫助乙方實現規模化生產、提高產能利用效率；乙方將會從產能、產品開發、供應鏈開發、資源回收、海外專利佈局方面制定更為具體的計劃，使得雙方在動力、儲能及數碼等終端市場取得領先的市場份額。
3.雙方將在新產品開發和技術創新方面積極開展合作，包括但不限於高鎳三元、磷酸錳鐵鋰等正極材料。該協議簽署後，雙方將根據項目開發進展情況簽訂技術合作協議，明確合作方向、合作方式、知識產權等相關內容；對於共同開發的新產品，雙方將及時洽談生產、採購、價格、交付與保證等事宜並簽署相應協議。
此次與億緯鋰能達成戰略合作，不僅是公司“新一體化”戰略的又一成功實踐，更是雙方合作史上重要的里程碑，有利於進一步提升雙方在動力、儲能和數碼的市場競爭力。公司在正極材料領域率先實現海外建廠，未來將與億緯鋰能共同探索創新合作模式，在公司全球化佈局方面積極推動海外基地的建設，滿足海外市場供應鏈本土化需求。
