《本地樓市》發展局:再接獲一宗土地共享先導計劃申請
發展局今日(25日)公布,再接獲一宗土地共享先導計劃申請,並由天運豐香港有限公司提交,其母公司為華信地產財務(00252.HK)。
該宗申請涉及的土地位於葵涌梨木道,佔地約1.2公頃,現時劃為「其他指定用途」註明「具歷史和建築價值的建築物保存作社會福利設施用途」及「休憩用地」的私人地段及毗鄰的政府土地。申請涉及興建約912個公營房屋或「首置」單位、300個私營房屋單位和附屬設施,總樓面面積約7.8萬平方米;以及在私營房屋發展部分保留現存的二級歷史建築作安老院用途。
