《大行報告》匯豐研究:宏觀經濟弱及內房債務憂慮持續 當局需進一步放鬆政策
匯豐環球研究發表研究報告指,在內地樓市只要單位售價具有競爭力,質量上乘,大灣區和一線城市不乏熱銷項目,不過跨城市、同一城市的跨區域銷售業績仍存在明顯的差異。該行指,在內地經濟復甦弱於預期、失業率上升、房價預期偏低的背景下,投資者擔心4月份的銷售勢頭放緩,5、6月份銷售前景,以及私營開發商的流動性。
該行表示維持早前看法,指在宏觀經濟弱及內房債務憂慮持續,認為當局需進一步放鬆政策,以恢復住房需求;而在內房股中,該行看好中國海外發展(00688.HK)及華潤置地(01109.HK)。
匯豐環球研究給予中國海外發展目標價為26.8元,維持其評級為「買入」;同時給予華潤置地目標價為47.9元,維持其評級為「買入」。
