滬杭甬(00576.HK)曾續挫6.5%失250天線 擬供股集資65億人幣
浙江滬杭甬(00576.HK)尋求股東會批准供股,該股承過去三連跌勢,今早跌破250天線(6.25元),最多挫6.5%低見6元,創逾四個半月低,現報6.15元,續跌4.2%,成交急增933萬股,涉資5,698萬元。
滬杭甬公布,建議以供股方式發行內資股及H股,基準每10股獲發3.8股,合共發行不超過16.5億股,包括11.05億股內資股及5.45億股H股,最多籌65億人民幣,所得淨額擬用於高速公路改擴建項目開支,以及補充流動資金和還債等。上述建議須待股東大會上批准方可落實。
