創業集團控股(02221.HK)盈警:預計年度淨虧損不少於1800萬港元 同比由盈轉虧
格隆匯5月23日丨創業集團控股(02221.HK)公佈,截至2023年3月31日止財政年度,預期集團將錄得公司擁有人應占虧損不少於1800萬港元,而上個財政年度公司擁有人應占溢利為550萬港元。
由盈轉虧主要由於(其中包括)以下原因導致:(i)項目1期的工程完成後,宣城項目的工程(以建造—經營—移交模式獲授)所產生的溢利減少至約668萬港元(2022財政年度:約2,162萬港元);及(ii)於2022財政年度,一次性確認出售太原項目的收益約1,420萬港元。
