《大行報告》高盛:銀娛(00027.HK)首季業績符預期 評級「買入」
高盛發表研究報告指,銀河娛樂(00027.HK)首季業績符合該行及市場預期,EBITDA達到19億元,扭轉去年第四季的虧損局面,主要受惠公司持續嚴格控制成本。雖然首季每日營運支出由上年末季230萬美元升至250萬美元,但仍低於2019年同期的340萬美元。
高盛又指,銀娛中場博彩收入復甦的步伐與行業一致,隨著2月初恢復團體旅遊簽證申請後,澳門入境遊客開始回升,非博彩收入按季增長至10億元,日均博彩業收益率回到疫情前約74%,反映出其購物中心銷售勢頭強勁。
基於首季業績表現,高盛將銀娛2023至2025年EBITDA預測上調最多7%,目標價維持在72.1元不變,評級維持「買入」,列入確信買入名單。
