*ST左江(300799.SZ):擬與中科算力設立合資公司 構建可編程網絡數據處理芯片上下游協同產業鏈
格隆匯5月22日丨*ST左江(300799.SZ)公佈,為構建可編程網絡數據處理芯片的上下游協同產業鏈,公司與廣東中科算力電子科技有限公司(簡稱“中科算力”)簽署了《合資經營合同》,雙方擬共同投資設立左江(韶關)科技有限公司。該合資公司的註冊資本為500萬元,其中公司認繳出資300萬元,佔註冊資本的60%;中科算力認繳出資200萬元,佔註冊資本的40%。本次投資完成後,合資公司將成為公司控股子公司,其將被納入公司合併報表範圍內。
