普源精電(688337.SH)：未來的管理費用率會呈現下降趨勢

普源精電回覆：首先，研發費用是公司對未來的投資。全球行業標杆的研發費用率在18%左右，公司目前正在進行更高性能和更多元化的自研核心技術平台和高端電子測量儀器產品的研發，並積極引進和培養研發技術人才隊伍，圍繞人才在哪裏，研發中心就佈局在哪裏的理念，公司今年將新建上海臨港和西安高新兩個研發中心，形成對現有蘇州和北京兩個研發中心的戰略補充。公司目前尚處於高投入、高成長階段，未來的研發費用率會保持一定範圍內的平穩。
其次，在公司數字化轉型的發展期，公司在管理方面投入較大，如各種管理系統、業務系統較多，信息化程度高，並全面實施數字化經營戰略，為公司未來可持續、高質量發展做準備。公司認為從技術向管理轉變的過程中會面臨一系列挑戰，深刻理解管理體系架構搭建的重要性。公司目前初步已經取得了卓越的管理體系建設成果，獲得蘇州市質量獎，符合GB19580卓越績效評價準則要求。普源精電數字化管理實踐案例被收錄《管理藍皮書：中國管理髮展報吿（2021）》，未來的管理費用率會呈現下降趨勢。
最後，公司銷售費用率較高的原因有兩點，其一是因為公司高端產品的銷售需要品牌營銷和地面推廣，觸達客户並提供樣機試用驗證評估和綜合測試解決方案；其二是公司全球化品牌建設工程，加強了自有品牌（RIGOL）推廣和B2B數字營銷方面的投入。除在北美、歐洲、日韓及新加坡進行子公司佈局外，公司在印度、越南、馬來西亞及巴西陸續新建營銷代表處。截止2022年底，公司已建立200+經銷渠道、覆蓋90+國家和地區、海外員工42人。公司將進一步加強重點區域市場和潛在目標市場覆蓋，推行“全球化+本地化”的戰略部署，圍繞市場、技術、服務等方面為客户創造價值，促進銷售額在全球範圍內的長期持續增長。未來的銷售費用率會隨着規模效應而逐步稀釋。
