蒙草生態(300355.SZ)：與鄂爾多斯市人民政府簽署合作框架協議
格隆匯5月22日丨蒙草生態(300355.SZ)公佈，圍繞鄂爾多斯生態環境保護與荒漠化綜合防治，加強黃河流域生態保護和高質量發展，加強政府與企業間的科技交流與合作，把種質資源的科研價值、生態價值轉化為產業價值，實現可持續的生態產業化，形成示範效應。2023年5月19日，蒙草生態與鄂爾多斯市人民政府簽署了《鄂爾多斯市人民政府蒙草生態環境(集團)股份有限公司合作框架協議》。同時，為強化鄂爾多斯市檸條產業科技推廣應用和支撐保障能力，充分發揮各方在區位、科技、人才、資源以及前期合作基礎方面的優勢，將“檸條中心”打造成為荒漠和半荒漠地區產業發展的樣板。2023年5月18日，蒙草生態與鄂爾多斯林草局、內蒙古農業大學草原與資源環境學院、中國農業機械化科學研究院呼和浩特分院有限公司簽署了《共建“鄂爾多斯市檸條產業發展中心”合作框架協議》。
鄂爾多斯市地處“一帶一路”重要節點、西部大開發、黃河流域生態保護和高質量發展戰略腹地，是國家規劃的呼包鄂城市羣重要組成部分。作為祖國北疆生態安全屏障的重要組成部分，長期以來，鄂爾多斯高度重視生態文明建設和生態環境保護，以荒漠化防治為抓手，以沙漠治理項目、生態修復工程為載體，紮實打造以生態優先、綠色發展為導向的高質量發展新路子。
蒙草生態與鄂爾多斯市人民政府簽署的《合作框架協議》，有利於進一步充分發揮公司在生態建設方面的研發優勢、科技創新優勢，把種質資源的科研價值、生態價值轉化為產業價值，實現可持續的生態產業化，形成示範效應，符合公司的戰略規劃和發展佈局。
經過多年的積極探索，鄂爾多斯形成了以檸條產業為重要抓手的生態建設、治沙綠化、林沙草產業發展模式。檸條符合鄂爾多斯立地條件，是被農牧民接受的一種優質牧草飼料，在鄂爾多斯生態建設和畜牧業的高質量發展中起到重要作用。目前鄂爾多斯市檸條保有面積1200多萬畝，每年以100萬畝的種植進度繼續擴大，為檸條產業發展奠定了結實的基礎。《檸條產業發展中心合作框架協議》的簽署將有利於充分發揮公司優勢，以科技和數字支撐檸條產業發展、共同開發檸條碳匯資源，全力打造檸條全鏈條產業發展模式，積極推動鄂爾多斯市檸條產業高質量發展。
此次簽署的協議對公司本年度及未來年度財務狀況、經營業績的影響需視雙方後續具體合作協議的簽訂和實施情況確定。本次《合作框架協議》和《檸條產業發展中心合作框架協議》的簽訂與履行不影響公司業務獨立性，協議各方信用狀況良好。公司主要業務不會因履行協議對協議當事人產生依賴性。
