*ST新聯(000620.SZ)：北京市一中院決定對公司啟動預重整程序
格隆匯5月18日丨*ST新聯(000620.SZ)公佈，公司分別於2023年4月18日及2023年5月4日召開第十屆董事會第十五次會議及2023年第一次臨時股東大會，審議通過了《關於擬向法院申請重整及預重整的議案》，同意以公司不能清償到期債務且明顯缺乏清償能力，但具有重整價值為由，向有管轄權的人民法院(以下簡稱"法院")申請對公司進行重整及預重整。
2023年5月18日，公司收到北京市第一中級人民法院(以下簡稱"北京市一中院")《決定書》〔(2023)京01破申461號及(2023)京01破申461號之一〕。根據(2023)京01破申461號《決定書》，公司向北京市一中院申請破產重整，在申請審查程序中，公司向北京市一中院申請預重整，並自願承擔預重整的相關義務。為降低重整成本、提高重整成功率、有效識別重整價值及可能，北京市一中院決定對公司啟動預重整。
根據(2023)京01破申461號之一《決定書》，北京市一中院指定北京市金杜律師事務所擔任公司預重整期間的臨時管理人。
公吿顯示，北京市一中院決定對公司啟動預重整程序，有利於提前啟動包括債權申報登記與審查、資產調查、審計評估、重整投資人招募等工作，並與債權人、意向重整投資人等提前進行溝通和徵詢意見，全面掌握各方主體對重整事項的反饋意見和認可程度，並結合公司實際情況儘快制定可行的重整方案，提高後續重整工作推進效率及重整成功率。如果公司預重整成功並順利實施重整，將有利於優化公司資產負債結構，提升公司的持續經營及盈利能力。
預重整為法院正式受理重整前的程序，公司是否進入重整程序尚存在不確定性。在預重整期間，公司將積極主動配合法院及臨時管理人開展工作，履行債務人的法定義務，在平等保護各方合法權益的前提下，積極與各方共同探討解決公司債務問題和未來經營發展問題的可行方案，推進公司重整工作進展。同時，公司將在現有基礎上繼續積極做好景區的運營提升及房地產項目的建設、銷售、交付等日常經營管理工作。
