中建富通(00138.HK)主席父子行使1.17億換股債 持股升至近75%
中建富通(00138.HK)公布,主席、行政總裁、執行董事兼控股股東麥紹棠於5月17日,轉讓本金額為1.17億元的可換股債券,予麥紹棠及其兒子麥俊翹旗下三間公司。
該三間公司並於同日,按換股價每股16仙行使本金額1.17億元的可換股債券,發行轉換股份合共約7.3億股新股,令二人持股從54.01%增加至擴大後股本約74.97%。該轉換完成後,認購人持有的可換股債券本金額尚餘1.03億元。
公司表示,有關轉換可以減少公司的負債及資產負債比率,從而改善財務狀況。
