港交所(00388.HK)旗下QME研夥LME推3種鋰電池金屬合約
《明報》報道,港交所(00388.HK)旗下的前海聯合交易中心(QME)總經理董峰表示,正與同系機構倫敦金屬交易所(LME)合作,研究推出3種主要用於電動車鋰電池的金屬合約。
LME行政總裁Matthew Chamberlain表示,LME與QME可以合作之處,在於「現貨市場」交易。他指,對碳酸鋰或硫酸鎳等金屬的參與者而言,QME可以錄得很可靠的人民幣計算價格,按此價格,LME可以推出合約產品,無論在香港或倫敦都可交易。
