復星旅遊文化(01992.HK)出售物業管理業務 料錄收益31萬人幣
復星旅遊文化(01992.HK)公布,與買方豫園(600655.SH)的全資附屬上海高地物業管理出售目標公司上海复星愛必儂物業管理全部股權,代價為1元人民幣(下同),公司預期將錄收益約31萬元。同時,買方與公司訂立框架協議,買方及其聯繫人將向集團提供物業管理服務。
豫園為復星國際(00656.HK)的非全資附屬。公司指出,目標公司於過去兩年並無作出任何重大利潤貢獻,非集團之主營業務,且集團計劃不繼續從事物業管理服務業務,而是專注於其核心業務。
