德國政府批准中國遠洋海運(COSCO Shipping)持有德國漢堡Tollerort貨櫃碼頭24.99%權益的交易。該港口營運商HHLA表示,有關審批程序經已完成並快將完成交易。該港口將成為中遠旗下船隻在德國處理貨物的優先選項。
中國遠洋海運原計劃收購35%漢堡港口營運公司HHLA股權,惟德國聯合政府內部對此有不同意見,
指不希望其在主要基建持有較大比例的股權,若中遠願意將持股比例降低至25%才會支持相關交易。(ta/s)
