亞博科技控股(08279.HK)一季度收益約1.699億港元 同比大增約381.6%
格隆匯5月9日丨亞博科技控股(08279.HK)公吿，截至2023年3月31日止3個月財務摘要，集團於3個月期間收益為約1.699億港元，較2022年同期增加約381.6%。
於3個月期間，收益貢獻主要來自彩票及相關業務(包括中國內地彩票硬件銷售、提供彩票代銷及配套服務)約5320萬港元以及在澳門提供電子支付服務約1.167億港元。彩票及相關業務收益增加約2140萬港元，主要由於彩票硬件銷售於3個月期間有所增加所致。電子支付及相關業務收益增加約1.132億港元，主要由於合併入帳所收購公司澳門全資附屬公司澳門通於2023年整個第一季度的收益，而澳門通的業績僅於2022年第一季度(自2022年3月24日(即收購事項完成日期)起至2022年3月31日)於集團財務報表合併入帳；加上3個月期間澳門的遊客人數增加所致。
於3個月期間溢利約為3720萬港元(截至2022年3月31日止3個月：虧損約1080萬港元)。轉虧為盈主要由於上述經營溢利有所增加所致。此外，融資收入淨額增加約1930萬港元至約2270萬港元。
董事會不建議派發3個月期間中期股息。
作為阿里巴巴集團及螞蟻集團的獨家彩票平台，彩票技術及服務將繼續為亞博科技的主要專業領域。集團憑藉豐富的彩票行業經驗及創新技術，將繼續在實體渠道拓展、創新硬件、營銷服務及推廣等方面支持彩票機構。
憑藉集團過去在設計、運營及╱或向多個線上或移動購物及支付平台提供線上及手機遊戲及娛樂內容方面的經驗，集團將努力將其核心競爭力融入其在澳門的電子支付業務，不僅加強其在澳門的業務表現，而且擴大其在互補領域(包括但不限於電子商務、娛樂及廣吿或營銷技術服務)的業務範圍，並擴大其在澳門以外的業務。
集團將繼續利用其在彩票硬件方面的研發能力，將其硬件產品擴展到零售部門的非彩票硬件，以擴大其硬件業務的產品範圍。同時，集團會沉澱和優化支付業務場景下賦能POS機的技術能力，為澳門的商户提供更好的服務。
展望未來，亞博科技將繼續於海外尋求機遇、通過推出自有系統及平台以及營運及技術專長，並與亞洲的當地合作伙伴進行策略合作，將公司的業務全球化。
