達力集團(00029.HK)撤回強制清算申請 料加快合營所持深圳土地置換
達力集團(00029.HK)公布,就公司與深圳航運的合營企業圳華港灣所持有的深圳南山區東角頭土地,雙方一直與相關政府機構積極合作推進土地置換工作,向規劃管理局移交現有土地,規劃管理局將授予一幅新土地,無需支付額外地價款。
達力及深圳航運同意,新土地將根據規劃管理局的批准以及相關法律、法規及程序,分為兩塊土地,分別分配予達力及深圳航運。
集團表示,雙方已就清算圳華以及落實土地置換及土地分配在原則上達成協議,因此同意撤回早前的強制清算申請,預期撤回強制清算將有助加快土地置換及土地分配,毋須涉及法院程序。
