渣打香港:2至4月內地客新開戶數目升至通關前兩倍
渣打香港區個人、私人及中小企業銀行部零售網絡主管羅倩兒表示,自通關以來,內地客戶使用銀行服務需求持續增加,該行2至4月份內地客戶預約到分行數量較通關前增加3倍,新開戶數目亦上升至通關前的兩倍。
羅倩兒指,剛過去的五一黃金周,不少內地客戶與家人訪港,帶動五月份首星期的開戶及預約數量對比4月再增加四成;當中需要面對面銷售的保險產品特別受惠,無論查詢及保單銷售數量均較4月上升四成。為方便內地客戶到分行與客戶經理見面,該行為特選客戶提供「點對點專車接送服務」,黃金周假期期間預約專車數目較上月同期多近兩倍。
