格隆匯5月8日丨九芝堂(000989.SZ)公佈,2020年員工持股計劃第二批解鎖股票合計800萬股,於2023年3月22日至5月8日通過集中競價交易、大宗交易的方式全部出售完畢,佔公司總股本的0.93%。截至本公吿披露日,本員工持股計劃持有的公司股票合計1600萬股(佔公司當前總股本的1.87%)已通過集中競價交易、大宗交易的方式全部出售完畢,其中通過大宗交易方式出售的,受讓方與持有公司5%以上股份的股東、實際控制人不存在關聯關係或者一致行動關係。
