中超控股(002471.SZ):控股孫公司取得美國發明專利證書
格隆匯5月7日丨中超控股(002471.SZ)公佈,近日,公司控股孫公司江蘇中超航宇精鑄科技有限公司(“江蘇精鑄”)收到美國專利商標局頒發的發明專利證書,發明名稱:METHOD FOR COLLECTING PARAMETERS FOR CASTING SOLIDIFICATION SIMULATION AND GRIDDED DESIGN METHOD FOR POURING AND RISER SYSTEM(鑄件凝固模擬用參數採集方法及澆冒系統網格化設計方法)。
發展先進航空發動機已經成為我國航空工業最為迫切的需求之一。新一代高推重比航空發動機對結構設計要求非常苛刻,要求大量採用高結構效率的整體化、輕量化、空心薄壁化和精密化等複雜結構。這促使高温合金熔模鑄件向大型複雜薄壁方向發展,大型複雜薄壁高温合金鑄件整體熔模鑄造技術是先進航空裝備邁向輕量化、精確化、長壽命發展的重要技術基礎。傳統半經驗式的澆冒系統設計方法在小型簡單厚壁高温合金鑄件研製方面取得了巨大的成功,然而,由小型簡單厚壁鑄件到大型複雜薄壁鑄件轉變時,雖然內在缺陷形成機制與尺寸演化規律上沒有差異,但是從缺陷和尺寸宏觀表現上已經發生了質的變化,出現了“尺寸效應”,即缺陷形成與尺寸變化規律複雜性增加維數大於鑄件本身尺寸維度的增加;尺寸變化也非材料本體收縮係數的簡單等效放大。鑄件的“尺寸效應”及其伴隨鑄件結構複雜性出現的“結構效應”,造成大型複雜薄壁高温合金鑄件充型與凝固時局部內應力非常大,往往產生疏鬆縮孔、變形和尺寸超差三大鑄造缺陷,因此,該類鑄件澆冒系統設計方法成為制約航空航天重大裝備用大型複雜薄壁高温合金鑄件研製的關鍵問題之一。
本發明結合高温合金熱物性計算與實驗測試獲熱物理性能參數,克服了以往經驗式設置模擬邊界條件,確保了鑄件充型與凝固模擬結果的可靠性。採用隨形設計的思路,將大型鑄件結構進行模塊劃分,網格化複雜結構,壓頭避高就低,基於凝固過程模擬確定補縮距離的同時,充分考慮網格間的交互作用,在此基礎上,藉助鑄造有限元模擬反覆迭代,最小化縮孔縮松缺陷的同時也提高了鑄件的尺寸精度,此外,大幅減少了大型複雜薄壁鑄件合格品的研製成本和縮短了研發週期,這些優點是現有半經驗式澆冒系統設計方法所無法比擬的。
該專利技術已經應用於某航空發動機高温合金大型複雜薄壁機匣鑄件和某航天異形薄壁高温合金鑄件。
發明專利的取得短期內不會對公司及相關孫公司生產經營產生重大影響,但有利於豐富公司先進技術儲備,提高江蘇精鑄的科技成果轉化能力及在航空航天精密鑄件製造上的水平,進一步提升公司的核心競爭力。
