格隆匯4月18日丨有投資者向亞信安全(688225.SH)提問:公司的渠道收入增長挺好的,請教一下公司在渠道建設進度、國內各省份鋪設的進展情況?另外哪些產品和行業會作為渠道重點突破的對象?

亞信安全回覆:公司的行業結構分成兩大塊:運營商和非運營商行業。我們在2021年建設省辦之前非運營商行業基本上走的是全渠道化模式,是原來合併趨勢科技中國區業務的傳承,但我們建立省辦之後,目的是雙管齊下,一是繼續做五大行業的頭部客户,把我們的優勢產品在大客户上有更好的應用案例和場景,這樣在中小企業才能有更多的複製,所以2021年建設省辦加大銷售力量主要是發揮行業頭部客户的效應,通過兩年時間已經取得較好的增長,在金融、製造業、政府、能源電力等等行業都有比較高的增長;二是通過渠道建立長期的合作關係,2021年我們有500家合作伙伴,2022年我們做到700家左右,渠道建設注重質量,真正能夠帶來增量,在當地排名前十的渠道能跟我們合作,我們對渠道質量要求比較高,2023年如果需求恢復高增長,渠道的自主產單會更高。我們一直堅持大客户和渠道並重的模式,兩條腿都會發展好。從產品線上在渠道推得更多的是標準化產品,因為交付要簡單、產品能夠快速複製,像終端安全、雲主機安全、防毒牆、APT、日誌審計等等,都是在渠道中特別受歡迎的。今年在渠道里我們推出了MSS,我們一直強調MSS是以產品能力來獲客,不是堆人的模式,這是亞信安全的特點,我們要成為能力型安全公司,這種情況下更多的是希望賦能給渠道,幫助渠道能有更大的發展,通過這種策略渠道跟公司之間會更加具有粘性、有更多的利潤,而且提高渠道自己在安全能力和安全服務上的價值,而不僅僅是渠道來搬箱子。這是我們與渠道共同長期發展的路線。亞信安全的銷售團隊目前在安全公司中人數仍然是最少的,我們在覆蓋五大行業頭部客户的同時,希望通過渠道複製能力拓展更多的行業市場,在醫療、教育以及區縣等市場都希望渠道能有更多的機會。
