連鎖戲院AMC(AMC.US)連續第15個季度虧損,首季度錄得淨虧損收窄至2.355 億美元,攤薄後每股淨虧損17美仙,去年同期淨虧損3.374億美元,每股淨虧損33美仙。首季攤薄調整後每股淨虧損13美仙。
期內,收入按年升21.5%至9.54億美元,較市場預期9.38億美元高。調整後EBITDA增6,900萬美元,自2020年3月以來連續兩個季度實現調整後EBITDA正數。首季全球入場人數共有4,700萬名觀眾,高於去年同期的3,900萬名。
AMC首席執行官Adam Aron預期,AMC於2023年將繼續復甦,預期今年票房將增長。
