格隆匯5月5日丨恒隆地產(0101.HK)升5.56%,報14.44港元,總市值650億港元。中金髮布研究報吿稱,首次覆蓋恒隆地產給予“跑贏行業”評級,認為其盈利和派息表現有望領先同業,配置價值尚未完全被市場認知,目標價18.01港元。作為老牌港資地產商,公司前瞻佈局內地,積累以高端購物中心為主的稀缺優質商業資產,為租金收入和盈利的穩健增長、以及高比例穩定分紅提供堅實支撐。短期來看,該行認為疫後消費復甦背景也有望為股價提供額外助力。
